Remembering the Way
You may be discovering right now that it comes more reflexively to you to be hard on yourself and grind than to embrace ease and flow.
That you tend to default to self cruelty and harshness rather than compassion for yourself and others.
That sadness and anger and darkness come more easily than joy and fun and lightness.
That feeling deprived and in lack seems more natural than receiving abundance and loving gifts.
In the discovery and observation of this, you have already come so far from the unconsciousness and shadows of the past. You have done so much healing and shifting on a quantum level. These conditioned automatic defaults that once were in control are losing their grip.
This change is happening so much more quickly than you may realize. It’s happening even in your sleep. It’s happening in the seemingly smallest of connections and exchanges with others. It’s happening with every thought.
You are tipping over into love. It’s a very easy slide from here into flow.
Keep noticing, keep choosing, keep thanking those who guide you, keep speaking with love, keep being gentle with you and others.
We are all remembering the way of the heart.
